About the founder

Born from a base of frustration and through talking to others, SOLEZE founder Cory Irvin-Wright was motivated to find a solution for prickly heat prevention.

Cory discovered that, just like him, up to 30% of the population suffered from typical prickly heat symptoms, including an aggravating rash and uncomfortable itchiness. These symptoms often got in the way of the enjoyment of a trip overseas or a hot summer’s day, cropping up at the most inconvenient time with no way to predict when they might occur.

After trying many of the available treatments for prickly heat on the market, Cory realised that – just as with sunburn and mosquito bites – prevention is better than a cure. This realisation led him to the search for a prickly heat prevention treatment and ultimately, the launch of SOLEZE.
